Position: HR Recruiter
We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter with minimum 6mnths recruitment experience
Requirements:
• 6mnths to 2 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Experience in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and references.
• Ability to screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews efficiently.
• Good understanding of HR practices and candidate management.
• Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools.
Key Responsibilities:
• Source and attract suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial screening and interview coordination.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions.
Skills Required:
• Good communication skills (verbal and written).
• Positive attitude and professional approach.
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet hiring targets.
