Key Responsibilies:
Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing to onboarding)
Manage bulk hiring for real estate sales (VP, Managers, Execuve etc.)
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements
Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and headhunng
Screen, shortlist, and schedule interviews
Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
Conduct inial HR interviews and salary negoaons
Manage offer rollout and follow-ups for joining
Build strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs
