Job Title: HR Recruiter

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated HR Recruiter to join our consultancy team. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for our client companies.

Key Responsibilities

Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
Conduct initial HR interviews and assessments
Schedule interviews with clients
Maintain candidate database and recruitment records
Follow up with candidates and clients during the hiring process
Understand client requirements and job descriptions

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of recruitment processes
Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn (preferred)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
