Job Title: HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring suitable candidates as per organizational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand hiring requirements from hiring managers

• Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and walk-ins

• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable profiles

• Conduct initial HR interviews (telephonic/virtual)

• Schedule interviews with internal teams or clients

• Coordinate offer letters, documentation, and joining formalities

Skills & Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic knowledge of recruitment lifecycle

• Ability to meet recruitment targets and timelines

• Proficiency in MS Excel, email communication

• Knowledge of job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn) is a plus

Qualification

• Any graduate (MBA HR preferred but not mandatory)

• Freshers or experienced candidates can apply
