HR Recruiter
Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for attracting, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates to meet the organization's staffing needs. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong networking abilities, and experience managing the full recruitment cycle.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Create and post job advertisements on job portals, social media platforms, and company websites.
Source candidates through databases, networking, referrals, and job boards.
Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
Conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews.
Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates.
Evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
Perform background and reference checks as required.
Prepare and extend job offers to selected candidates.
Maintain recruitment records and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and recruitment best practices.
Collaborate with department heads to understand workforce requirements.
Participate in employer branding and recruitment events.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Recruiter, HR Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role.
Knowledge of recruitment techniques and hiring best practices.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications
HR certification (e.g., SHRM, PHR, CIPD) is an advantage.
Experience recruiting across multiple industries or functions.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
