We are hiring an HR Recruiter Trainee to join our growing recruitment team at Talent Corp Solutions Pvt. Ltd., Chakan, Pune.

Job Title: HR Recruiter Trainee

Location: Chakan, Pune

Salary: ₹15,000 ₹18,000 per month

Only Female Candidates

Immediate Joiners Preferred

ABOUT THE ROLE:-

This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or candidates with basic HR knowledge to build a strong career in recruitment. You will work closely with senior HR professionals and learn the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:-

• Make outbound calls to potential candidates from the database

• Explain job openings, profiles, and company details to candidates

• Conduct basic telephonic screening to check eligibility

• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients

• Follow up on interview attendance, offer status, and joining formalities

• Maintain daily calling reports and update candidate records

• Support bulk hiring and mass recruitment drives

• Assist senior recruiters in sourcing, shortlisting, and onboarding

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:-

• Education: Any Graduate / MBA (HR preferred)

• Experience: Freshers can apply | HR/Recruitment experience is a plus

• Only Female Candidates

SKILLS REQUIRED

• Good communication and convincing skills

• Comfortable with tele-calling and regular follow-ups

• Target-oriented and self-motivated personality

• Willingness to learn HR & recruitment processes

• Basic computer knowledge | MS Excel is an advantage
