Role Overview:

We are looking for a driven, results-oriented HR Recruiter with 2–3 years of hands-on experience to own our end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for junior to mid-tier roles. In this role, you will partner directly with hiring managers to understand capability requirements, drive multi-channel sourcing strategies, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience from initial outreach to successful onboarding.

Role and Responsibilities:

· Sourcing active and passive candidates using job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, regional portals), boolean searches, and employee referrals.

· Conducting preliminary phone screens to evaluate technical fit, salary expectations, cultural alignment, and availability.

· Building and maintaining a qualified pipeline of candidates across concurrent open requisitions.

· Partnering with hiring managers to clarify requisition needs, define key competencies, and finalize job descriptions.

· Coordinating and scheduling multi-round interviews between candidates and hiring teams.

· Collecting post-interview feedback promptly to facilitate timely hiring decisions.

· Initiating reference checks and coordinating background verification (BGV) procedures

· Maintain candidate database records and ensure all hiring paperwork is completed.

· Coordinating with external staffing agencies when external sourcing is required.

Required Experience & Skills:

· 2 to 3 years of proven corporate or agency recruitment experience managing full-cycle hiring

· Demonstrated ability to manage multiple open roles concurrently without compromising candidate quality.

· Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.

· Strong attention to detail with an ability to manage pipeline data accurately.
