Key Responsibilities:

• Source potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.

• Screen resumes and assess candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.

• Conduct initial telephonic interviews to shortlist suitable candidates.

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.

• Assist in salary negotiations and offer management.

• Maintain and update the candidate database regularly.

• Build strong professional relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience.

• Support senior recruiters in fulfilling client hiring requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree.

• Prior experience in recruitment/HR (internship or 6 months+ preferred, but freshers with good communication skills may apply).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with job portals/LinkedIn.

• Self-motivated and target-driven.
