Key Responsibilities:
Understand client hiring requirements and job specifications.
Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, references, and internal databases.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, and job fitment.
Conduct initial telephonic interviews and candidate assessments.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality standards.
Develop and maintain professional relationships with candidates and clients.
Required Skills:

Strong sourcing and screening abilities.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Good understanding of recruitment processes and hiring practices.
Proficiency in MS Office and job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
