Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic HR Recruiter to join our team at the Kapashera Branch. The ideal candidate should have experience in end-to-end recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to negotiate salaries effectively with candidates.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment processes for various positions.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Negotiate salary packages and manage offer rollouts.
Ensure timely closure of open positions.
Assist in onboarding and joining formalities.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong salary negotiation and candidate handling skills.
Good understanding of recruitment processes and hiring practices.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel for maintaining recruitment data and reports.
Ability to work independently and meet hiring targets.
Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline.
1–2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Familiarity with job portals and recruitment tools is preferred.
