Job Title: HR Recruiter

Location: howrah ,,kolkata and all over west Bengal. (Work From Home Available)

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience & performance)

Gender: Male & Female candidates can apply

Age Limit: 20 to 35 years

Qualification: Higher Secondary (H.S) / Graduation

Experience:

Experienced candidates with 1–5 years of bluk Balu coller collar recruitment experience are prefere

Hearing only picker packer EXCUTIVE for logistics company

Employment Type: Full-Time (as per company policy)

Job Roles & Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment process

Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and databases

Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews

Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers

Maintain and update candidate records and recruitment reports

Follow up with candidates until joining completion

Meet monthly hiring targets

Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience

Work closely with the HR team to understand job requirements

Required Skills

Good communication & interpersonal skills

Basic knowledge of HR recruitment process

Ability to work independently from home

Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email)
