We are looking for a HR Recruiter to join our team at Stepwise Consulting to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for the organization. The tasks include identifying potential candidates, interviewing, and evaluating them. You will be responsible for updating job ads and conducting background checks of candidates. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹10,000 - ₹18,000 and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment (Agency Hiring) ● Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing to onboarding) ● Post job openings on portals and social media ● Screen resumes and shortlist candidates ● Conduct initial interviews and coordinate further rounds ● Maintain candidate database and hiring reports
2. Employee Onboarding & Exit Management ● Handle complete onboarding process (documentation, joining formalities, induction) ● Ensure smooth employee joining experience ● Maintain employee records and HR documentation ● Manage employee exit process (resignation, clearance, documentation) ● Conduct exit formalities and maintain exit records
3. Employee Engagement & Activities ● Plan and execute staff engagement activities ● Organize events, celebrations, and recognition programs ● Maintain a positive and motivating work environment ● Support internal communication and team bonding initiatives
4. Placement Coordination (Training Institute) ● Coordinate with companies for student placements ● Build and maintain relationships with recruiters and HRs ● Schedule interviews and placement drives ● Support students with interview coordination ● Track placement records and maintain reports
5. Coordination & Communication ● Act as a bridge between students, company HRs, and internal teams ● Ensure smooth communication for interviews and hiring ● Regular follow-ups with candidates and companies
