Role Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our growing team! This role involves managing the full recruitment cycle – from job posting and candidate sourcing to scheduling interviews. As a Recruiter at StepsnStoreyz, you will play a pivotal role in identifying top talent and ensuring smooth hiring operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Create and update job descriptions for various roles.
Post job openings on platforms like Apna, Indeed, LinkedIn, Naukri.
Source and engage candidates through networking and online channels.
Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and schedule interviews.
Maintain recruitment databases and trackers.
Collaborate with department heads to plan hiring needs.

Job Requirements:
Minimum Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
Experience: 1 to 3 years in recruitment.
Strong communication skills (English and local languages).
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of online job portals.
Strong interpersonal skills & attention to detail.
