📍 Job Details

• Position: HR Recruiter

• Location: Sirsa, Haryana (Work from Office)

• Job Type: Full-Time

• Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹15,000 (Performance / Target-Based)

• Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM

• Working Days: 6 Days a Week (1 Weekly Off)

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment cycle (end-to-end hiring process)

• Source candidates from job portals, social media, references, and databases

• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements

• Conduct initial telephonic or face-to-face interviews

• Schedule interviews with the management team

• Maintain candidate records and recruitment database

• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets

• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline

📌 Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate

• Basic knowledge of recruitment or HR processes

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Good convincing and negotiation skills

• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Internet)

• Freshers are welcome (Training will be provided)
