Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles, including sales, operations, and support functions.
Source candidates through portals, social media, referrals, and campus drives.
Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and schedule further rounds.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure timely closures.
Maintain candidate database and generate regular recruitment reports.
Support onboarding, induction, and employee engagement initiatives.
Collaborate with HR team for smooth coordination of day-to-day HR activities.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in recruitment (preferably in insurance, BFSI, or sales hiring).
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously and meet hiring targets.
Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and job portals (Naukri, Indeed, Internshala, LinkedIn, etc.)
Location: JP Nagar, Bangalore
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
