We are a fast-growing computer education and training institute with multiple branches. We are on a mission to empower students with job-ready digital skills. We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our HR team and help us hire the right talent across various departments like sales, tele calling, teaching, and marketing. Key Responsibilities: Understand manpower requirements from department heads and plan recruitment accordingly.Post job openings on job portals, social media, and other platforms.Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through calls and interviews.Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates till joining.Maintain candidate databases and provide regular hiring updates to management.Coordinate with training departments for onboarding new joiners.Ensure minimum hiring targets are met for each department.Follow up with hired candidates for joining confirmation and handle dropouts professionally.Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports regularly.Requirements:Qualification: Any degreeGood communication skills in Tamil and basic EnglishWillingness to make outbound calls and handle high call volumeBasic knowledge of job portals, MS Excel, and emailSelf-motivated and target-orientedPrior experience in recruitment is an advantage but not mandatoryWork Schedule:Working Days: Monday to SaturdayTimings: [Example: 9.30 AM to 7:30 PM]Weekly Off: SundayWhy Join Us?Supportive team and training providedMonthly incentives based on recruitment performanceOpportunity to grow into HR Executive or HR Manager rolesWork in a purpose-driven organization impacting students' lives
