Position: HR Recruiter

⭐ Mandatory Experience

उम्मीदवार के पास Education Sector, NGO या EdTech Company में HR/Recruitment का previous work experience होना चाहिए।

Experience in any of the following areas will be preferred:

- Education Companies / Institutions

- NGO / Foundation / Trust

- EdTech Companies

- Education Consultancy

- Training & Skill Development Organizations

- Student Counselling / Admission Organizations

💼 Key Responsibilities

- Candidates की sourcing और recruitment करना

- Job portals, social media और अन्य recruitment channels से candidates ढूँढना

- Candidates की initial screening और shortlisting करना

- Telephonic/online interviews coordinate करना

- Candidate database maintain करना

- Interview schedules manage करना

- Selected candidates के joining process को coordinate करना

- Recruitment targets को achieve करना

- New hiring requirements के अनुसार recruitment strategy बनाना

- Candidates को job profile, salary और work requirements की जानकारी देना

- HR records और recruitment reports maintain करना

- Recruitment team के साथ coordination करना

- Management को regular hiring updates देना

👤 Candidate Requirements

- Education / NGO / EdTech sector में HR Recruiter का experience preferred/required

- Good communication skills

- Candidate handling और interview coordination की अच्छी समझ

- Hindi communication आवश्यक; basic English knowledge preferred

- MS Excel / Google Sheets का basic knowledge

- Recruitment process की practical understanding

- Target-oriented और responsible attitude

- Work From Home में self-management की क्षमता
