Key Responsibilities

• Source and engage candidates through calls, WhatsApp, and emails

• Post job openings on platforms like LinkedIn & Naukri.com job portal

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hospitals

• Maintain candidate database and daily recruitment trackers

• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients

Desired Candidate Profile

• Any Graduate/ Postgraduate

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Interest in recruitment and the healthcare industry

• Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
