Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment for various clients, sourcing the right talent, coordinating interviews, client communication, and ensuring a smooth hiring experience for candidates.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
Manage complete recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, coordinating interviews, and closing positions.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
Understand job descriptions and requirements provided by clients or internal hiring managers.
Conduct telephonic and virtual screening to assess candidate fit.
2. Client Coordination
Communicate with clients to understand hiring needs, job specifications, and timelines.
Share qualified candidate profiles and follow up on feedback.
Maintain strong client relationships through timely updates and professional communication.
3. Candidate Engagement
Manage candidate expectations and provide a smooth recruitment experience.
Schedule interviews, negotiate salary expectations, and coordinate joining formalities.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
4. Reporting & Documentation
Maintain recruitment trackers, databases, and daily MIS reports.
Ensure accurate documentation of candidate interactions and hiring progress.
Support internal reporting and recruitment analytics.
5. Employer Branding
Promote SoulnKey Consulting’s brand and values to candidates.
Represent the company professionally in hiring channels and recruitment events (if applicable).
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA HR preferred).
1–4 years of experience in recruitment (consulting or staffing experience preferred).
Strong communication, sourcing, and negotiation skills.
Proficient with recruitment platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
