Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT, BPO, and Bulk Hiring requirements.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, internal database, references, and personal networks.
Conduct mass hiring drives and coordinate walk-ins, job fairs, campus drives, and recruitment events.
Screen, shortlist, and schedule candidates for interviews.
Ensure daily interview line-ups and maintain a healthy candidate pipeline.
Follow up with candidates until joining and ensure maximum joining ratios.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets.
Maintain recruitment reports, trackers, and candidate databases.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates for future hiring needs.
Requirements:
1–5 years of experience in Non-IT, BPO, and Bulk Hiring.
Strong candidate database and an active professional network.
Hands-on experience with Naukri, Indeed, Apna, WorkIndia, social media recruitment, and other sourcing platforms.
Experience in conducting job postings, job fairs, walk-in drives, and bulk recruitment campaigns.
Excellent sourcing, screening, negotiation, and communication skills.
Strong follow-up and candidate engagement skills.
Target-oriented recruiter with a proven track record of achieving hiring closures.
Ability to work in a fast-paced consultancy environment.
