Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment cycles. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, good communication abilities, and the capability to close positions within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment process (Sourcing to Offer Rollout)
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and references
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Maintain candidate database and recruitment tracker
Manage offer negotiations and follow-ups
Ensure timely closure of open positions
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
Key Skills Required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good understanding of recruitment lifecycle
Hands-on experience with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing
Ability to work on multiple positions simultaneously
Basic understanding of IT / Non-IT hiring (depending on requirement)
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
Experience in IT recruitment (if applicable)
