Key Responsibilities:
• End-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews, hiring)
• Job posting on portals .
• Interview coordination & candidate follow-ups
• Offer letter preparation & onboarding
• Maintain employee records & HR documentation
• Maintain daily attendance (in-time/out-time tracking)
• Handle HR-related employee queries
• Manage office keys (office opening & closing responsibility)
Requirements:
• Experience in HR/Recruitment
• Strong communication & coordination skills
• Graduate.
