We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience and supporting the company's hiring goals.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or virtual interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Evaluate candidates based on job requirements and organizational fit.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
Track recruitment metrics and prepare hiring reports.
