Role Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and driven HR Recruiters to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates and early-career professionals who are eager to build a strong foundation in recruitment and HR operations. You will gain hands-on exposure to end-to-end hiring for reputed BFSI clients.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Handle the complete end-to-end recruitment lifecycle

✅ Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals

✅ Conduct telephonic screening and shortlist candidates as per client requirements

✅ Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients

✅ Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers

✅ Follow up with candidates to ensure interview attendance and closure

✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients

✅ Work towards achieving daily and monthly hiring targets

Ideal Candidate Profile

🎓 Any Graduate (BA, B.Com, BBA, or other streams)

🎓 Post Graduates are also welcome (MBA HR preferred)

💬 Strong communication skills

⚡ Willingness to learn and work in a target-driven environment
