Manage the full recruitment life cycle — from understanding client requirements to sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates.
Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for multiple ongoing and upcoming positions.
Source candidates using various job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.), referrals, social media, and other innovative channels.
Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidates’ suitability for roles.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the database.
Work closely with the Business Development and Account Management teams to understand hiring needs.
Ensure timely follow-up and feedback throughout the hiring process.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.
Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices.
