Roles & Responsibilities

Understand clients' hiring requirements and recruitment needs.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and databases.
Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews.
Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and clients.
Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates until joining.
Update recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Post and manage job advertisements on various hiring platforms.
