he Recruiter & Trainer Data Management Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end trainer recruitment, trainer database administration, deployment coordination, documentation management, and maintaining accurate records of trainers, certifications, assignments, and performance data.
The role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, database management capabilities, and the ability to work closely with training, operations, academic, and corporate partners.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Trainer Sourcing
Source trainers through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and professional networks.
Screen trainer profiles against project requirements.
Conduct initial telephonic and virtual interviews.
Maintain a pipeline of qualified trainers across technologies and domains.
Coordinate trainer assessments and evaluation processes.
Verify trainer qualifications, certifications, and experience.
Trainer Database Management
Maintain a centralized trainer database.
Update trainer profiles, skills, certifications, availability, and deployment history.
Track trainer engagement status and deployment records.
Maintain trainer documents and agreements.
Ensure database accuracy and completeness.
Deployment Coordination
Coordinate trainer onboarding and deployment.
Track trainer availability and scheduling.
Support resource allocation for ongoing projects.
Coordinate with clients, colleges, universities, and corporate partners.
Ensure deployment documentation is completed before assignment.
