Hiring: HR Recruiter

📍 Location: Malviya Nagar, Jaipur (Rajasthan)

🕒 Job Type: Full-Time

🎯 Interview Mode: Face-to-Face (2 Rounds Only)

🌟 About the Organization:

We are a growing Jaipur-based organization expanding our Talent Acquisition team. We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented recruiters who are passionate about hiring and building strong candidate pipelines.

🎯 Experience Criteria:

6 months to 1 year experience in core Non-IT recruitment preferred

Experience in bulk hiring will be an advantage

Freshers / HR Interns with strong communication skills can also apply

💰 Compensation:

For Experienced Candidates:

₹1,80,000 – ₹2,40,000 PA + Uncapped Incentives

For Freshers / Interns:

₹10,000 – ₹15,000 CTC (Based on interview performance)

🛠 Key Responsibilities:

Understand hiring requirements and manage bulk hiring

Source candidates through portals, social media, referrals, and networking

Conduct screening interviews and coordinate further rounds

Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle

Maintain candidate records in ATS

Build and maintain strong hiring pipelines

✅ Required Skills:

Excellent communication skills (Mandatory)

Strong sourcing and screening ability

Target-driven and performance-focused mindset

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Basic knowledge of ATS and recruitment tools preferred

🎓 Preferred Qualifications:

Any Graduate

Experience hiring for Sales / EdTech / Managerial roles is a plus

HR certification preferred but not mandatory
