Job Title: HR Recruiter Location: Zirakpur, Chandigarh Job Type: Full-time Department: Human Resources Reports To: HR Manager Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates to meet the company’s staffing needs. You will also help manage job postings, conduct interviews, and ensure a smooth hiring process.Key Responsibilities:Understand the hiring needs of various departments and develop job descriptions.Post job openings on job boards, company website, and social media platforms.Source and attract candidates using databases, referrals, and other recruiting strategies.Screen resumes and job applications.Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit.Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.Maintain a database of candidates for future job openings.Prepare recruitment reports and keep track of key HR metrics.Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.Represent the company at job fairs and recruitment events.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role (internship experience may also be considered).Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and tools.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.Preferred Skills:Familiarity with social media recruiting.Strong decision-making skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
