We are hiring fresh and dynamic HR Recruiters to join our Talent Acquisition team. The candidate will be responsible for handling bulk hiring, sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews efficiently.

🔹 Experience Required

0 to 1 year

Freshers with good communication skills are welcome

🎓 Education

Graduate in any stream

B.Com / B.M.S graduates preferred

💰 Salary

₹15,000 to ₹20,000 per month

(Based on interview performance & experience)

🔹 Key Responsibilities

End-to-end recruitment for entry-level to mid-level roles.

Source candidates via portals, social media, references, and bulk hiring drives.

Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and coordinate HR rounds.

Schedule and manage interviews with hiring managers.

Maintain recruitment records and daily hiring tracker.

Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.

Conduct walk-in and campus drives when required.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of recruitment & HR practices.

Familiar with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn).

Strong follow-up & coordination abilities.
