The candidate will be responsible for sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. The role also includes maintaining employee records, handling onboarding and documentation, and supporting day-to-day HR operations. Good communication skills, basic knowledge of recruitment processes, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are required.
