We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring we attract, hire, and retain top talent that aligns with our company culture and business goals.
Source and attract candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, networking, referrals, etc.)
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates
Maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs
Collaborate with department heads to understand job requirements and role expectations
Manage offer negotiations, onboarding formalities, and documentation
Maintain recruitment metrics and prepare weekly/monthly reports
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Stay updated on current hiring trends and best practices
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience as an HR Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and tools (ATS, job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively
High attention to detail and professionalism
Experience recruiting for [specific industry or roles, e.g., IT, manufacturing, sales, etc.]
Knowledge of HR policies, compliance, and onboarding best practices
Certifications in HR or Recruitment (e.g., SHRM, PHR, etc.)
