Working Days/Hours: Monday- Friday – 9 AM to 6:30 PM
2nd and 4th Saturday – 10AM to 4 PM
About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented professional to manage end-to-end recruitment activities and ensure timely, high-quality hiring to meet our organizational goals. The ideal candidate will be proactive, possess strong interpersonal skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle — from understanding requirements to onboarding.
Partner with department heads to identify hiring needs and prepare job descriptions.
Post openings across job portals, social media platforms, and internal channels.
Source and screen candidates through databases, referrals, and direct outreach.
Conduct preliminary interviews and coordinate subsequent rounds.
Maintain recruitment reports and candidate data within the HR system/ATS.
Coordinate documentation and joining formalities for new hires.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future roles.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Support HR & Admin initiatives, including onboarding and employee engagement.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of recruitment experience (in-house or consultancy).
Proficiency with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, indeed, etc.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
Positive attitude and strong team orientation.
