About the Role We are looking for an energetic and proactive HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR functions, including Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and Employee Engagement. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building a strong employer brand, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering a vibrant workplace culture. Key Responsibilities 1. Talent Acquisition • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. • Partner with hiring managers to understand technical and functional requirements for each position. • Develop and execute sourcing strategies via portals, LinkedIn, and professional networks. • Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate technical evaluations. • Ensure smooth onboarding and induction of new hires. 2. HR Operations • Maintain and update employee records in HR systems (attendance, leaves, database). • Assist in payroll processing, statutory compliance, and employee documentation. • Manage HR letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, and exit documentation). • Coordinate employee confirmation, appraisal, and offboarding formalities. • Support implementation of HR policies and ensure compliance with company standards. 3. Employee Engagement & Culture • Plan and execute employee engagement activities, celebrations, and wellness programs. • Conduct employee feedback surveys and assist in developing action plans. • Support initiatives to strengthen company culture and communication. • Coordinate with internal teams for recognition programs and R&R events. Skills & Competencies • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and HR operations. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficient in MS Office and HRMS tools (Zoho People, GreytHR, etc.). • High sense of ownership, confidentiality, and attention to detail. • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced IT environment.
