Position: HR Recruiter

To manage the end-to-end recruitment process for the organization, ensuring timely hiring of quality candidates for all positions.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various positions.
Conduct interviews (telephonic / video / face-to-face) and assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
Post job openings on job portals, social media, and other relevant channels.
Maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Schedule interviews, follow up with candidates, and provide feedback.
Assist in onboarding of selected candidates in coordination with HR team.
Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports.
Proven experience as a Recruiter (agency or in-house).
Good understanding of recruitment tools and sourcing platforms.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.
Attention to detail and organizational skills.
