To manage the complete recruitment process by identifying, attracting, screening, and coordinating suitable candidates for various positions across the company, ensuring vacancies are filled within the required timelines and with the right talent.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manpower Planning & Recruitment
Understand manpower requirements from different departments, factories, and outlets.
Prepare and maintain a vacancy tracker.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, consultants, walk-ins, and other channels.
Maintain an active database of suitable candidates.
2. Candidate Screening
Screen resumes based on job requirements.
Conduct preliminary telephonic interviews.
Shortlist suitable candidates for further rounds.
Verify candidate qualifications, experience, salary expectations, notice period, and availability.
3. Interview Coordination
Coordinate interviews with department heads and management.
Schedule interviews and ensure candidates are informed in advance.
Maintain interview feedback and selection records.
Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
4. Joining & Documentation
Coordinate the joining process of selected candidates.
Collect required documents and employee details.
Coordinate with HR for appointment letters, employee codes, and induction.
Ensure all recruitment documentation is completed before/at the time of joining.
5. Recruitment for Outlets & Factory
Regularly coordinate with outlet managers and factory supervisors regarding manpower requirements.
Conduct walk-in interviews and recruitment drives when required.
Maintain a ready pool of candidates for critical and high-turnover positions.
Support urgent manpower requirements.
6. Recruitment MIS & Reporting
Maintain daily and monthly recruitment reports.

Submit regular recruitment updates to the HR Manager.
7. Employee Referral & Recruitment Branding
Promote employee referral programs.
Prepare and circulate job vacancy advertisements.
Maintain a strong candidate network for future requirements.
Build relationships with colleges, institutes, consultants, and local recruitment sources.
8. Recruitment Follow-up
Regularly follow up with candidates after interviews and selection.
Ensure selected candidates report on the committed joining date.
Maintain records of candidates who decline offers or do not join.
Conduct basic analysis of recruitment challenges and recommend improvements.
