About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment cycle, coordinating with hiring managers, sourcing suitable candidates, and ensuring timely closure of vacancies across Head Office and project sites.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Handle end-to-end recruitment for Head Office and project site positions.
Understand manpower requirements and prepare suitable sourcing strategies.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, employee referrals, job portals, consultants, and other recruitment channels.
Screen CVs and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial telephonic/online interviews and coordinate further interview rounds.
Schedule interviews with department heads and management.
Follow up with candidates regarding selection, documentation, joining date, and onboarding.
Maintain a healthy pipeline of candidates for current and future requirements.
Ensure timely closure of open positions.
2. Coordination & Manpower Planning
Coordinate with Project Managers, Site In-Charges, Department Heads, and HR Management for manpower requirements.
Understand job requirements, experience, qualifications, salary budgets, and joining timelines.
Maintain regular recruitment updates and vacancy status reports.
Coordinate recruitment for technical, non-technical, administrative, and support staff.
3. Candidate Management
Maintain a proper database of interviewed, shortlisted, selected, rejected, and joined candidates.
Negotiate salary and joining dates within approved company limits.
Maintain regular communication with selected candidates until their date of joining.
Minimize candidate dropouts and joining delays through proper follow-up.
4. Documentation & HR Coordination
Collect and verify required joining documents from selected candidates.
Coordinate with HR/Admin for offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding formalities.
Update employee recruitment records and HRMS/database.
Maintain recruitment trackers and daily/weekly hiring reports.
5. Reporting
Prepare daily recruitment updates and weekly/monthly recruitment reports.

Provide regular updates to HR Management regarding recruitment progress.

Educational Qualification
Graduate in any discipline.
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources will be an added advantage.
Experience
1–3 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition.
Experience in EPC, construction, infrastructure, engineering, or project-based organizations will be preferred.
