They are strategic talent connectors, bridging skills gaps and ensuring the best fit for the organization. Key Responsibilities:Strategy & Planning: Collaborate with managers to understand staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and forecast future talent demands.Sourcing & Attraction: Write compelling job descriptions, post them widely, and actively source candidates via social media (like LinkedIn), job boards, and networks.Screening & Selection: Review applications, conduct initial phone/video screenings, manage assessments, and present qualified candidates to hiring teams.Candidate Management: Maintain positive relationships, provide timely feedback, manage offers, and oversee onboarding.System & Data: Utilize ATS for tracking, manage candidate records, and generate hiring reports.Employer Branding: Enhance the company's image as an employer to attract top talent.
