Experience: 0–6 Month experience in recruitment

Office Timings: – 10: AM to 7:PM + Sunday Fixed Off

Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and proactive HR Recruiter to manage our hiring process and attract top talent. The successful candidate will collaborate with hiring managers, use sourcing strategies to build talent pools, and help shape our employer brand in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

1- Candidate should be good in English and Hindi Communication.

2- Understanding and Analysing the Requirements.

3- Gathering requirements, candidate prospecting, candidate screening, candidate Submission & follow-up,

4- Sourcing Profiles. IT & Non IT / Blue Collar and White Collar Hiring

5- Candidate should be good in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point) and office management software.

6- Review own performance and aim at exceeding the targets.

7- Maintain daily/weekly hiring targets and recruitment & Update MIS.

8- Posting Job on Different Job Portals. & Social Media Site

9- Review own performance and aim at exceeding the targets.

10- Candidate should be Good persuasion and listening skills

11- Candidate should be confident and active & Pleasing Personality

11.-Willingness to travel extensively within DELHI / NCR For Client meeting

12- The ability to work well with others, contribute to a team effort, and build positive working relationships with Clients

13- Candidate should have Their own laptop is Must.
