Understand staffing needs of the organization by coordinating with department heads and managers
Source candidates through various channels (job portals, campus drives, agencies, referrals, social media)
Screen resumes and job applications to shortlist suitable candidates
Conduct initial HR interviews and schedule technical interviews with concerned departments
Manage recruitment cycle for positions such as production, quality, maintenance, stores, purchase, logistics, and admin staff
Maintain candidate database and track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire)
Support onboarding processes including documentation, induction planning, and coordination with admin
Coordinate with external consultants or staffing agencies when needed
Ensure hiring is aligned with manpower planning and company policies
Provide timely updates and reports to HR Manager / Management
Participate in job fairs and local hiring campaigns
