We are looking for a proactive and dedicated HR Executive to manage talent acquisition and training & development activities for our organization. The role is focused on sourcing the right talent, managing end-to-end recruitment processes and building capability through structured employee development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment
Manage the full recruitment cycle for various positions across plant and corporate functions (sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection and onboarding).
Coordinate with functional heads to understand manpower requirements and finalize job specifications.
Publish/post job openings on relevant portals, social media and recruitment platforms.
Conduct initial screening, schedule interviews and maintain candidate database.
Manage joining formalities and ensure effective onboarding and induction experience for new hires.
Training & Development
Develop and implement annual training calendar based on skill gap analysis and business requirements.
Conduct training need analysis in coordination with Line Managers / HODs.
Organize in-house and external training programs for employees at various levels.
Maintain training records, feedback and evaluate effectiveness of programs.
Support succession planning and capability development initiatives.
General HR Support
Maintain documentation related to recruitment, training and employee records.
Support HR team in driving engagement initiatives and HR projects as and when required.
Generate relevant MIS reports and ensure compliance with HR policies.
Desired Profile / Skills
Graduate / Post-Graduate in HR or related field.
2–4 years of experience in recruitment and training & development (preferably in a manufacturing setup).
Strong understanding of HR processes and applicable statutory requirements.
Good communication/coordination skills and ability to interact with all levels of employees.
Proactive approach, ownership mindset and ability to work independently.
