We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent while ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process (sourcing to onboarding)
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
Conduct interviews (phone, virtual, or in-person)
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Ability to handle multiple roles and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms
Strong negotiation skills
Experience Required:
