Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for Backend Operations, Customer Support, Sales, and other business functions. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing capabilities, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to close positions within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Hire for Backend Operations, Customer Support, Sales, Telecalling, Administration, and other corporate roles.
Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and networking channels.
Screen candidate profiles, conduct initial assessments, and schedule interviews.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and MIS reports.
Build and manage a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future hiring needs.
Ensure quality hiring and timely closure of assigned positions.
Required Skills
Experience in hiring for Non-IT roles such as Customer Support, Backend Operations, Sales, Telecalling, and Business Support Functions.
Hands-on experience with Naukri, Foundit, Shine, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
Strong communication, negotiation, and candidate engagement skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
Good knowledge of recruitment metrics and hiring processes.
Qualification
Graduate in any discipline.
MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred but not mandatory.
