HR रिकरूटर

RSIS International is looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing suitable candidates, conducting initial screening, coordinating interviews, and supporting the organization in building a strong team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to joining.

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.

• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

• Conduct initial HR screening and telephonic/video interviews.

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.

• Follow up with candidates throughout the selection and joining process.

• Prepare and share job postings across relevant platforms.

• Ensure timely closure of assigned vacancies.

• Maintain regular recruitment reports and hiring updates.

• Support onboarding and joining formalities when required.

• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future requirements.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment/HR.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good understanding of recruitment and candidate screening.

• Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.

• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

• Good knowledge of job portals and LinkedIn recruitment.

• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.

• Target-oriented and proactive approach.
