• Responsible for the end to end recruitment process.
• Job posting on various job portals.
• Sourcing, searching & screening the resumes from the job portals, references, etc.
• Follow-up and coordination with candidate and client for the interviews to be done.
• Act as consultant to new hires and help them onboard formalities.
• Provide immediate response to all general inquiries regarding HR policies and compliances.
• Collecting all the required documents from the selected candidates.
• Coordination for joining formalities & offer letter.
