✨ Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment processes and support daily HR activities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to identify the right talent efficiently.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding)

Post job openings on portals and social media platforms

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and references

Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews

Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers

Communicate with candidates regarding job roles and updates

Coordinate with hiring managers for requirements

Assist in onboarding and documentation process

Support administrative HR tasks

🔹 Required Skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Basic knowledge of recruitment processes

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Familiarity with job portals and LinkedIn hiring

Strong coordination and organizational skills

🎓 Qualification

Graduate in any field (HR preferred)

MBA/PGDM in HR is an added advantage
