The tasks include identifying potential candidates, interviewing, and evaluating them. You will be responsible for updating job ads and conducting background checks of candidates. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Search for Candidates through Job portal , Social Media , references and databases to match the clients Job mandates
Use References and walk-ins to create candidate pipline
Schedule interview basis the pre-screening
Brief candidate about the company and job profile
prepare candidate for interviews
coordinate between candidate and management for selection and shortlisting process
follow candidate towards joining and stability
Maintain contact with candidates after joining
Ensure retention during the guarantee period of 90 days
Represent the company professionally
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 6 months - 2 years of experience. Knowledge of resume databases and strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Additional skills like sourcing techniques and sound judgment are a must. Candidates must be open to working 6 days working
