1. Recruitment Experience:
a. Must have prior experience in recruitment.
b. Should be proficient in using job portals to source CVs.
c. Communication skills should be better than average.
2. Communication & Drafting Skills:
a. Strong verbal communication skills in both regional and English…prefer to have a south Indian or Marathi
b. Good written communication and drafting skills are essential.
3. Adaptability & Learning:
a. Should be a quick learner and adaptable to project-specific requirements.
4. HR Support & Backend Activities:
a. In addition to recruitment, the role involves backend HR activities such as documentation, employee onboarding, and document verification.
b. Primary responsibility remains recruitment.
5. Client & Resource Coordination:
a. Should be capable of coordinating effectively with clients and internal/external resources.
Desirable qualifications include being well-versed with job portals and digital platforms used for sourcing and recruitment.
