Rigorously track and update all candidate progress immediately in the recruitment ATS to ensure data reliability.
Maintain continuous follow-up with selected candidates to aggressively minimize the offer drop ratio.
Coordinate with Department Heads (HODs) and management to schedule final interview rounds efficiently, prioritizing fulfilment of urgent staffing needs.
