Job Summary

The Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for identifying, attracting, evaluating, and hiring suitable candidates as per the organization’s manpower requirements. The role involves managing the complete recruitment cycle and building a strong talent pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end talent acquisition and recruitment activities.

Understand manpower requirements from department heads and managers.

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, consultants, and other channels.

Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.

Conduct telephonic/initial interviews and shortlist suitable candidates.

Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and department heads.

Maintain regular follow-up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Manage salary discussions, offer negotiations, and joining commitments.

Coordinate offer letters, documentation, and pre-joining formalities.

Ensure selected candidates join within the agreed timeline.

Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.

Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, and daily/weekly recruitment reports.

Monitor recruitment TAT and hiring targets.

Coordinate with recruitment consultants and external agencies when required.

Support onboarding and induction of new employees.

Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
